Premier League sides Manchester City and Chelsea have been tracking the Uruguayan hitman for some time, while Arsenal could join the race for his signature if their Middle East takeover comes to fruition.
Cavani is widely expected to leave Naples this summer after three years at the Serie A club, and admitted as much during a recent interview despite being cautious of undoing his good relationship with the fans.
City are thought to be the frontrunners for the 26-year-old - who has a £60m release clause - although Real Madrid are also interested.
"I'm fine in Naples, but in football there are lots of things to consider," Cavani told Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
