Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club or through the Viagogo Ticket Exchange only. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.
It is important that you have purchased, and are in possession of, the correct ticket and that it is activated to allow you access in to the stadium. If the supporter who originally purchased the ticket is no longer able to attend the match, please contact the Supporter Services team on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3) to discuss, and where appropriate, upgrade your ticket. Failure to upgrade your ticket before you attempt to enter the ground may result in a stadium ban. We also advise all supporters to sit in the seat they have been allocated, failure to do so may result in further action being taken.
All home supporters who are collecting pre-purchased tickets may do so from the Stadium Ticket Office located in City Square (behind the stage). Supporters are strongly advised to collect their tickets at least 60 minutes before kick-off to avoid delays in getting into the Stadium. The Ticket Office will be open until 15 minutes after kick off.
Guests collecting Hospitality tickets should do so from the City@Home reception located by Gate 11. Any City@Home collections that remain 15 minutes after kick-of will be sent to the Colin Bell Stand reception for late arrivals.
