The La Lakers retired Shaquille O'Neal's Zero. 34 jersey at halftime of the Lakers' 101-81 make an impression on the Dallas Mavericks, and every thing went according to plan. Except that Shaq's jersey was all wrong. From begin to finish, all eyes were on La ' introduction of Shaq's tremendous hat, and people found the smallest parts to criticize all throughout the morning. Shaq's name was spelled out fine, the number was right, but the number and name were spread across the front of the jersey, not the trunk. One of the other handful of jerseys through to the wall it becomes painfully clear. All the other jerseys hang with the swoop-necked straight back facing the crowd, while Shaq's exhibits the V-necked top toward the crowd.
