Tiger woods Responds To Sergio Garcia ‘Fried Chicken’ Opinion: Words Were ‘Hurtful’.

If ever the Tiger Woods vs. Sergio Garcia feud is indeed over, it ended the way in which that many feuds accomplish: passive-aggressive sniping turns straight into more heated words, and one party clearly goes over the line and tells or does something significantly inappropriate, causing both sides to retreat. If you've lots of people in a serious partnership, you know exactly why.

Happens on the course as well. The Woods-Garcia spat, chronicled these, came to a exactly Tuesday when Garcia made an ill-advised mention of fried chicken while having a debate about a pretend dinner along with Tiger. Since Fuzzy Zoeller plumbed all those racist depths previously, in 1997, no one what food was in the mood for the application again.

On Tuesday for the European Tour Awards Meals in London, Garcia was asked about his feud by using Woods, and if yet ever invite him to be able to dinner. Garcia:

Woods reacted today via Twitter, saying that Garcia's quote was "wrong" and "hurtful" and that perhaps it is time to "move upon. "

"I want to apologize so that you can Tiger and anybody which could have offended, " Garcia talked about. "I feel sick to sort it out. I'm truly, truly sorry. And I hope we could kind of settle elements down and hopefully progress. "

"It wasn't meant like this, " Garcia said. "I is caught off guard. What looked like there was a funny question, and I tried to allow a funny answer. It came out totally wrong. I want to check everybody knows I'm extremely, very sorry. I can't apologize enough times.

"As soon as i left the dinner, I started obtaining sick feeling in my own body. I didn't really sleep whatsoever. I felt like my heart would come out of a body. I've had this sick feeling all day. Difficult to hit an attempt all day. "

Garcia claimed he reached out so that you can Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, who missed the letter but acknowledged receiving that. "I would love to talk to him [Woods] at once and make sure almost everything is OK, " Garcia talked about.

We could say which Sergio Garcia is with Spain, and athletes from that country possess a poor track record in the case of making racist comments together with gestures. But we won't go there at this moment.
