Jack Rodwell says Manchester City must proceed quickly from Roberto Mancini's sacking and look to establish a completely new era of success.
Rodwell, picked up form Everton by then-boss Mancini meant for £12million last summer, endured a greuling first season with your now-deposed champions.
Hamstring problems restricted Rodwell to simply five Premier League commences, but the 22-year-old managed sign off with both City's goals - his first for any club - in their particular loss to Norwich last Sunday to the final day of the growing season.
And he is relishing City's post-season day at the US to participate in two games against Chelsea, inside the wake of Mancini's firing a while back and the expected appointment of Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini since his successor.
"It's facts about the future now, " talked about Rodwell, who has been identified as into England's squad for next week's friendlies resistant to the Republic of Ireland together with Brazil. "A new manager will be and everyone is attracted to see who that will be.
"The first game of next season everyone shall be flying and we'll do our best to prove ourselves to this manager. We just have to start our jobs.

"[In many ways] the summer season has just started to me. I've been back playing during the last few weeks and I recently want more.
"It's been a irritating season, but on an individual note it was a superb game for me. We could have done with a better result, but I'm pleased. "
Rodwell's performance in addition to goals against Norwich, particularly his second, where he sprinted in the halfway line before simply finding the net, served as a reminder associated with what the young England midfielder will offer, when fit.

"I don't find out much about baseball, although Yankee Stadium [venue with regard to Saturday's match] is iconic, so it will be good to play there. "
Rodwell played under Brian Moyes at Everton and is pumped up about seeing his old boss the boss of City's rivals Manchester Usa next season.
