Jack Rodwell says Manchester City must proceed quickly from Roberto Mancini's sacking and look to establish a completely new era of success.

Rodwell, picked up form Everton by then-boss Mancini meant for £12million last summer, endured a greuling first season with your now-deposed champions.

Hamstring problems restricted Rodwell to simply five Premier League commences, but the 22-year-old managed sign off with both City's goals - his first for any club - in their particular loss to Norwich last Sunday to the final day of the growing season.
