Despite all within the credit that Chelsea — ones own footballers and manager — deserve following Wednesday night's triumphant win in the UEFA Europa League, John Terry stole most of the headlines by lifting your trophy alongside Frank Lampard.
That Terry made a decision to lift the trophy with Lampard wasn't the primary issue. Before the online game, it was publicly announced that when Chelsea won the online game that Lampard and Terry might lift the cup despite the fact Terry was suffering from a car accident.
However, the main criticism Terry received was on social networking, where people were furious that Terry disrobed coming from his tracksuit to tell you his Chelsea kit underneath, as if he had played with the game. And second, Terry was criticized because though he shared the psychological and mental moment of lifting this trophy with Lampard, viewers were clearly capable to see Terry but Lampard — this star of the night in many ways — was practically hidden by the other players who were looking to get their hands on your silverware.
What are your opinions on the matter? Considering outraged? Should Terry have walked as much share the trophy although wore a suit such as Eden Hazard did? Or did John Terry deserve to get up there with her teammates wearing the green and white kit from Chelsea FC? Tell us what you may think in the suggestions section below.
